OMG, how hot was it in the city this weekend? Sheesh! No, I'm not really complaining. Only, I hardly got anything done at all because who wants to be locked up in the house when it's 85 degrees outside. In San Francisco! And it's supposed to be even hotter today. Off to Target on my lunch break to buy a fan!
Anyway, real reason for this post...I humbly and happily announce that the book one of my brand-spankin'-new projects will be in is now available for PRE-ORDER!!

The details are very hush-hush right now as the book won't be out until November. (Hmm, in time for the holidays!) All I can say is, you can probably imagine what type of project I have in here, tee hee. Anyway, I hope you will love it, I do. So very exciting!

I am not a fan of this little heat wave we've been having. I am much happier today since I've got my breeze and friendly fog back.

I just found your blog (linked through Vicki at Turkeyfeathers)and I'm having the BEST TIME reading my way back through the archives (while waiting for cake number 1 of 3 to come out of the oven for a luncheon I'm catering tomorrow.) Love the dresses and the mushrooms, and the gratuitous Spoo Kee pictures--everything. Will definitely look for the upcoming book---though I'm still having a little bit of trouble with the sinister part--you, sinister?
